Your PharmaEssentia SOURCE Case Manager is here to help guide you through enrollment. Once your completed Enrollment Form has been submitted:

PharmaEssentia SOURCE will contact your insurance company to understand the details of your coverage.

PharmaEssentia SOURCE will then call you to discuss next steps and find out how to best support your financial needs.

Providing complete and accurate enrollment details helps PharmaEssentia SOURCE begin the process of helping you access BESREMi^® (ropeginterferon alfa-2b-njft) right away. If information is missing, your PharmaEssentia Case Manager may follow up with you or your doctor to complete your enrollment.

Once you're ready to begin treatment, you'll receive a Welcome Kit. This kit includes useful resources to get you started on BESREMi, such as:

BESREMi Instructions for Use
A placemat that outlines the materials you'll need to take BESREMi
A helpful brochure with important information about BESREMi
A guide that shares what to expect as you start treatment with BESREMi
A treatment tracker notepad, which includes reminder stickers for your calendar
A brochure detailing the support resources you may receive through PharmaEssentia SOURCE
